The domain name www.anlonlifescience.com, an internet based portal, and Anlon, a mobile application, is owned and operated by Anlon Lifescience Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 (hereinafter, referred to as “Anlon Lifescience” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company”). The domain name and the mobile application are collectively referred to as “Website”.
   2. The Website is a platform that facilitates the purchase of pharmaceutical products for sale by Anlon Lifescience Private Limited (hereinafter with Anlon Lifescience referred to as “Seller”). The Services would be made available to chemistswho have agreed to become buyers on the Website after obtaining due registration, in accordance with the procedure as determined by Anlon Lifescience, from time to time (referred to as “You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”, which terms shall also include chemistswho are accessing the Website merely as visitors). The Services are offered to the Users through various modes which shall include issue of discount coupons and vouchers that can be redeemed for various goods/ services offered for sale by the Seller.
   3. For the purpose of providing the Services and for other purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, Anlon Lifescience will be required to collect and host certain data and information of the Users. Anlon Lifescience is committed to protecting the personal information of the Users and takes all reasonable precautions for maintaining confidentiality of the User’s personal information.     1. Anlon Lifescience does not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results or links from within its Services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on the Users’ computer, collect data or solicit personal information from the Users, for which Anlon Lifescience is not responsible or liable. Accordingly, Anlon Lifescience does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such websites, nor does Anlon Lifescience guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such websites. Anlon Lifescience encourages the User to read the privacy policies of that website.

Anlon Lifescience shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information supplied by the User to Anlon Lifescience or any Seller. If a User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or Anlon Lifescience has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Anlon Lifescience has the right to suspend or terminate such account at its sole discretion.

RETURN POLICY

ANLON LIFESCIENCE RETURN POLICY, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY

ANLON LIFESCIENCE Private Limited (“Anlon Lifescience”) team facilitates processing correct medicines as per order and strives to service the medicines and products in right conditions/ without any damage every time a chemist places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.

Definition: ‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at Anlon Lifescience portal by the chemist. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:

1. Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
2. Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal).

Note: If the product that the Chemist has received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that particular item. If after the Consumer opens the packaging to discover that the item is damaged, the same be Return for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the replacement product, in such cases we will offer a refund.

Upon receiving your Return/refund request, Anlon Lifescience shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Anlon Lifescience found that the request is genuine, it will initiate the return and refund process. However, Anlon Lifescience shall process the refund, once it has received the confirmation from the C&F branch in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.

However, in the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Anlon Lifescience reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Anlon Lifescience in this regard.

However, in the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. Consumer may raise a return request with our customer care within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the product. Anlon Lifescience reserves the right to cancel the return request, if the chemist reaches out to Anlon Lifescience after 7 days of delivery.

The returns are subject to the below conditions: –

1. Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for return;
2. Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
3. Product purchased under scheme provided by Anlon Lifescience does not qualify for Expiry returns;
4. Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice;
5. Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for return, only fully unopened strips can be returned;
6. Products which require specific storage conditions or are perishable in nature do not qualify for return (e.g.: vials, injections, vaccines, personal hygiene products etc.).

Goods Return Process:

1. The chemist shall raise a Return request by sending an email to care@anlonlifescience.com or call on 0124-4166666
2. The Anlon Lifescience customer care team will verify the claim made by the chemist within 72 business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
3. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Anlon Lifescience will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
4. The chemist will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.

Refund Process: –

1. Scheme, free goods, cash discounts will be deducted while initiating refund amount from actual invoice Amount.
2. Government taxes will be adjusted as per state and central law during refund process.
3. Cash on delivery:
   1. For all refunds, we will refund the amount through bank. The chemist should provide their bank & branch name, account number and IFSC code and we will issue them a cheque or Electronic transfer the money.
   2. The refund will happen within 30 days of receipt an inspection of the goods.
4. Internet Banking:
   1. In case of the chemist who make payment through online or internet banking, the payment will be made in their respective bank account or payment mode (credit card/debit card) which they have chosen within 30 days after we receive the intimation of cancellation through email or customer support service number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer cancellation:

The chemist can cancel the order for the product till Anlon Lifescience ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Anlon Lifescience cancellation:

There may be certain orders that Anlon Lifescience are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by us.

Shipping Charges Policy

Anlon Life science will provide free delivery to minimum order amount (decided by company). If order amount is less than minimum order amount, than company will be levied charges (decided by company) on orders.
